RETURN and REFUND POLICIES FOR NICAMAKA AND OTHER MANUFACTURER'S PRODUCTS:

*You must contact the above email address for return approval.

*All returned items must be RECEIVED with in 30 days of original purchase date.

*All returns MUST include original invoice with order number and state the reason for return.

There are no exceptions - returns will not be accepted if the above requirements are not met.

1. All returned items must be undamaged & unused, in original packaging and RECEIVED within 30 days of original purchase. MOMBASA products have a clear inner package to view the color. DO NOT OPEN this inner package if you intend to return the items because of color issues as it cannot then be refunded.

2. Shipping is not refundable once item is shipped.

3. All returned items are subject to a 15-25% restocking fee (dependent upon product) with a $15 minimum.

4. Seasonal merchandise (Christmas, Halloween, Special Holidays, etc.) must be returned 15 days prior to the Holiday. All returned holiday items that are undamaged will be accessed a 25% restocking fee.

5. Some Non-Stocked and Special Ordered items and Made-to-Order Products( Fiberbuilt Sky Span, Pogessi & Tuuci Umbrellas) items ARE NOT ELIGIBLE for return consideration.

6. Nicamaka Bali, Mombasa Siam, and Baby Siam Canopies as well as Patio Living Concept products are ARE NOT ELIGIBLE for return consideration.

7. COD returns will not be accepted.

8. There are no returns on any custom printing orders.

9. There will be a $25 fee for any charge-back instituted through a credit card company that is lost by consumer due to the fact that one does not recognize our name on their card or due to the fact that they are not owed any money.
